There was a time when no money down deals were easily possible in more than one way however with majority of lenders changing their criteria it has become more difficult over time to virtually non existent in the current market, although there are so called 'property gurus' out there who will still offer you similar deals for no outlay by being dishonest to the lenders or not disclosing the full information. We advice you to check with the promoters directly regarding validity of finance offered and use your own due diligence. Please note that we also have contact with the local lettings agencies for majority of investment property deals offered and they will happily find tenants for you where properties are vacant and manage them for you as well, although most of the properties are already tenanted and cashflow positive.
